Ms. Conway was a partner at Kekst & Company (now part of Publicis), the premier financial public relations firm, where she worked with domestic and international companies, legal counsel and investment bankers, on investor relations and corporate transactions ranging from mergers and acquisitions to initial public offerings, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, bankruptcies, proxy fights and reorganizations. She also managed crisis communications – for product recalls, personnel and operational issues, major litigation and other sensitive matters -- for clients.
Ms. Conway holds an A.B. degree cum laude from Dartmouth College. She remains active in Dartmouth affairs, having served as President of her class, Class Newsletter Editor, President of the Class Officers Association and as a member of the Editorial Board of the Dartmouth Alumni Magazine and the Committee on Trustees.
